"Colander of Berries"

"Colander of Berries"

I love my friend Kitty's green colander, and it looks especially nice filled with strawberries. It was fun trying to get the acid green color and all the great reflections. I'm afraid for me the berries were just window dressing.

    I posted my pastel version of our green colander April challenge on my blog too. I liked the subject so much that I also did an oil version of it to be posted later on today. We both chose a yellow background and used similar values for the colander. This is great fun!
