I did this oil sketch at another great workshop day with Carolyn Walton, from a photo taken years ago on a sailing trip in Casco Bay. What a lovely night that was!

I spent many nights of my childhood on this island, and though my mother is no longer in contact with the family who owns the island - I still love to look at pictures of it. I truly do miss it.
