Beach Roses

Some nice women who attended the Ocean Park "Meet the Artists" event, expressed interest in flowers. I found these near the beach on Porter Road. I'd like to paint more of them, it's quite a challenge!

    Beautiful color Bobbi. And aren't flowers surprisingly hard? I naively thought they'd be relatively easy but no. Getting the patterns of light and dark simplified yet convincing is no mean feat. And yours look great.
