"Karin"
You may remember the wonderful portrait challenge that Karin Jurick did in December, where 180 artists traded photos and painted each other's portraits. As a tribute to Karin, Jill Polsby organized the 118 Faces of Karin, where 118 of us painted Karin's portrait. This is my contribution. Check out all 118. This was great fun, and I want to thank Jill for organizing it. Do take a moment to visit her new blog.

ReplyDeleteGreat idea and wonderful artistic output! The variety of styles, use of media and individual artistic interpretation is what art is all about. What fun!
ReplyDeleteVery powerful! But it also shows a lovely vulnerability . Soulful. You really have a knack for getting to the heart of things. Speaking of hearts... Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteOh Bobbi! I looked at the 118! What an amazing project. Your contribution was so unique as were so many others. I feel privileged to see it. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI particularly like the monochromatic approach. She will be delighted.
